All of my iGuide tours include: interactive floor plans, room measurements, 360 views, 20-50 photos in a photo gallery, PDF floor plans and feature sheet, branded & unbranded links.

$285 – Standard iGuide tour. - homes under 1,500 square feet.

$320 - 1,501 to 2,500 square feet

$345 -2,501 to 3,000 square footage

$385 - 3,001 to 3,500 square footage

$420 – 3,501 to 4,000 square footage

$450- 4,001-4,500 square footage

$490- 4,501- 5,000 square footage

Additional square footage cost calculated at $25 per 500 square feet.

All shooting is done with careful attention to detail. Multiple spheres are shot per room.

$280 - Still photos with PDF (iGuide) floorplans & measurements. Additional costs if the square footage exceeds 1500 sq feet.

$185- Still photos only package - no links, photos sent directly to you

$125 Twilight shots, typically three or four.

$10 Digitally produced twilight shots, $10 each.

$70 -Social media video - hand-crafted using lifestyle shots and video/panoramic views when appropriate. See me for a sample.

-Virtual Staging (I arrange this with a company called BoxBrownie. I have used them many times in the past -excellent work). $35 Stills (each) & $70 Panoramas (each panorama). Virtual staging can be done with iGuide tours as well.
